Complying with they myriad of new legislation is hard, which is why we do not allow comments on this website.

Images

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form. We keep this information for 30 days for the customer service purposes. We do not use the not use the information submitted through contact forms for the marketing purposes.

The use of cookies

We have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act because your privacy is of the highest value. We will therefore never distribute your personal information and details to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), and do not collect any information from anyone under the age of 13. Our website, products and services are all directed to and catered for people who are at least 18 years old or older.

If you have signed up for our newsletter you may receive emails from us. This includes but not limited to transactional emails and marketing emails.

We'll only send emails which you have explicitly or implicitly (registration, product purchase etc.) signed up to.

On signup we collect your email address, your name, your current IP address and timestamp of signup, your IP address and timestamp when you have confirmed your subscription and the current web address were you sign up.

We send our emails via a service called amazonses

Once you get an email from us we track if you open the email in your email client, if you click a link in the email, your current IP address.

We respect your browsers "Do Not Track" feature which means we do not track your interaction with our emails.
